1.Scope of Services : The Services provided under each plan are limited to social Media Marketing activities on facebook , Instagram or any other Platforms as specified in the respective plan details.

2.Payment Terms : Clients are required to make timely payments may result in suspension or Termination of  services.

3.Service Duration : The term of each plan is on monthly basis , with automatic renewal unless cancelled by either party with a 30-day notice period.

4.Content Ownership : All content created or provided by the Client Responsibilities  service provider , including but not limited to Posts, Designs , and reports , shall remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5.Client Responsibilities : Clients are Responsible for providing necessary access and information required for the execution of the services , including login credentials , brand guidelines , and relevant business information.

6.Confidentiality : Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the term of the agreement.

7.Termination : Either party may terminate the agreement the agreement with a 30-day written notice .In the event of termination , the client shall pay for any services provided up to the date of Termination.

8.Limitation of Liability : The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect , incidental consequential , copywrite , Trademark or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided under the agreement.

9.Governing Laws : This agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Jurisdiction in which the service provider is located.

10.Modification of Terms : The Service Provider reserves the Right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time Clients will be Notified for any changes and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11.Dispute Resolution : Any Disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through Good Faith Negotiations between the parties.If a Resolution cannot be reached either party may seek recorse through legal means.

12.Force Majeure :Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under the agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonalbe control including but not limited to acts of God ,Natural Disasters , war or Government actions.

13.These Terms and Condition from the Basis of the agreement between the client and the Service Provider and Govern the provision of Social Media Marketing Services under each plan.
