Welcome to Future Digitech (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website futuredigitech.in (the “Website”) and to any services you buy from us. 1. About Us and Our Services

Future Digitech is a digital marketing agency based at Office No 31, 13th Floor, Sushma Infinium Building, Zirakpur, India. Our services include SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, performance marketing, GEO, AI automation and website development. We also help businesses with software and technology solutions such as Zoho CRM, Zoho POS and WhatsApp automation.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users’ data;
• upload or spread viruses, malicious code or harmful material;
• copy, scrape or misuse the Website content in a way that harms us or others;
• give false information in any form or enquiry.

3. Services and Scope of Work

The scope, deliverables and timelines for each client are as described in the plan you choose, in our proposal or quotation, or in a written confirmation from us (including email or WhatsApp). Work that falls outside the agreed scope may be quoted and charged separately.

4. Plans, Fees and Payments

• Prices shown on the Website are in Indian Rupees and are charged monthly unless stated otherwise. Plans marked “Custom” are quoted individually.
• Unless stated otherwise, our prices do not include GST or other applicable taxes.
• We may change our prices from time to time. A price change will not affect a billing period that has already been agreed and paid for.
• Invoices must be paid by the due date mentioned on the invoice. If payment is delayed, we may pause or stop work until the payment is received.
• Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is separate from our fees and is paid by you.
• Third-party tools and subscriptions, such as Zoho products, WhatsApp API services, domains, hosting and paid plugins, are charged separately according to each provider’s pricing, unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

5. Your Responsibilities

To help us deliver our services, you agree to:

• give us accurate information, content, and timely access to your accounts, pages, websites and tools;
• review and approve work within a reasonable time, because delays on your side may delay the results;
• make sure that you own or have the right to use all the content, images, logos and other materials you give us;
• follow all applicable laws and the policies of the advertising and social media platforms that we use for you;
• take responsibility for the products, services, offers and claims that appear in your advertisements and marketing.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing results depend on many factors, including your budget, competition, targeting, offer, market conditions and the changing rules and algorithms of search engines and social media platforms. We work to give you the best possible results, but we do not guarantee any specific search ranking, number of leads, sales, return on investment or other outcome.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Zoho and WhatsApp. We do not control their policies, pricing, features or availability. We are not responsible for account suspensions, ad disapprovals, policy changes, outages or other actions taken by these platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Website and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and layout, belong to Future Digitech or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
• You keep ownership of the materials you give us. You allow us to use them only as needed to provide our services.
• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the final deliverables created specifically for you become yours once all fees due for them are paid in full. We keep our rights in our own tools, templates, processes and know-how.
• Unless you tell us in writing not to, we may mention your business name and show the work we did for you in our portfolio and marketing.

9. Confidentiality

We treat the non-public business information that you share with us as confidential. We use it only to provide our services, and we share it only with people or service providers who need it for that purpose, or where the law requires us to disclose it.

10. Cancellation, Termination and Refunds

• You or we may end an ongoing monthly service by giving written notice as set out in the agreed plan or proposal. If no notice period is stated, please give us reasonable written notice before the start of your next billing cycle.
• Fees for work already started or completed remain payable.
• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees paid for a billing period are not refundable once work for that period has started.
• We may suspend or end our services if you do not pay on time, break these Terms, or ask us to promote unlawful or misleading content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Future Digitech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not be more than the fees you paid to us for the affected service during the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to protect Future Digitech from any claims, losses or expenses arising from the materials you provide to us, from the content of your advertisements and marketing, or from your breach of these Terms or of any law.

13. Communications

When you submit a form, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry and our services. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your personal information.
